Across the country, pastors are leading with passion and faith but often without the resources or support they need to grow healthy, thriving churches.

Many feel stuck and alone, doing their best without the tools that could help them move forward.

Impact 10,000 is a bold vision to change that by bringing proven coaching, practical curriculum, and supportive community to pastors who need it most.

Through the generosity of Impact Partners, churches who believe in investing in others, we are able to provide this coaching and support free of charge to under-resourced pastors across the nation.

Curriculum

Our curriculum provides a clear, tailored roadmap to grow your leadership, team, and church. With the 5 Shifts to transform outreach and culture, the Middle Method to engage your core, and training to equip your team, it’s delivered through Curriculum Packs and weekly coaching to lead you to God’s vision.

Weekly Coaching

Weekly Coaching empowers you to grow your church by addressing your unique challenges. Through personalized group calls, you can ask specific questions about your church’s context—whether it’s leadership, outreach, or team dynamics—and receive tailored guidance and practical solutions.

Community

Our community welcomes you into a supportive network of pastors pursuing growth and God’s vision. Join to learn from others’ experiences, share your challenges, and find encouragement, knowing you’re not doing ministry alone.

As a pastor of a church running 400 or more, you have the opportunity to join this initiative. By designating a portion of your 2026 Missions Giving to Impact 10,000, you’ll:

How it works:

Becoming an Impact Partner is simple. Your missional giving directly sponsors under-resourced pastors and churches with weekly coaching, proven curriculum, and ongoing support.

  • Sponsor 1 Church: $240 a month

  • Sponsor 10 Churches: $2,000 a month or a one-time $24,000 gift

  • Sponsor over 200 Churches: $50,000 one-time gift

  • With a $24,000 donation, you’re invited to join the Breaking 1000 Community, where you’ll receive access to the RSG Mastermind with weekly group coaching, personalized support, and our proven Curriculum Packs.

After more than 35 years of pastoring, I’ve seen it all: the joy of growth, the pain of plateau, and the daily challenges that come with leading a church. When I stepped into church consulting, my goal was simple: help pastors build healthy, thriving churches that reach more people for the Gospel.

But along the way, I noticed a gap.
The churches that needed the most help were often the ones that couldn’t afford to get it.

That’s why we started Impact 10,000, a movement where churches help other churches.

When healthy churches invest in under-resourced ones, the entire Body of Christ gets stronger.

That’s what Impact 10,000 is all about: churches helping churches, growing together, and advancing the Gospel farther than any one church could alone.
